Hi, my name is Ellen Tietmeyer and I would love to be your Realtor at the Lake of the Ozarks. I have lived in the lake area since 1971 when my husband, Bill, and I were married. His parents owned an amusement and souvenir business (Dogpatch) on “the strip” and so much of our early days were spent in the Lake Ozark area, so I know real estate in this area very well and have a number of listings to show you.

There have been many changes in that area since 1971; all the development on HH, and the now Osage Beach area were almost undeveloped compared to today. So, I have been around to see what has happened with land values and what I believe will continue to happen: real estate is something I know well.

Bill and I have also lived in Osage Beach and now have our home in Camdenton where we are fortunate enough to be surrounded by family and friends, so I am familiar with much of this beautiful area “first hand.” And it’s a wonderful place to live or vacation, with plenty of real estate opportunities to choose from.

I started in Real Estate in 2005; however, much of my life has been spent in sales—just not homes or property. I really enjoy being with and helping people, so customer service, along with integrity, and a 35-year first-hand knowledge of the area are what I intend to bring to this real estate career. Choosing a Realtor is a big decision and I hope you will consider choosing me. I am more than happy to show you around the place and answer any questions you might have about the various real estate properties. My current listings shows a cross-selection of many currently available homes: there are many beautiful lakeside homes and lots to choose from priced very reasonably. As a Realtor, I can also help you with any property that is listed at the Lake, not just the properties featured in these listings, so please do not think that these are the only selections available.
